HORRBILE SERVICE. They never answer their phones. They always say they have appointments. My father decided today he could wait as he had nothing to do. The lady had NO appointments come in and refused two other men as well for haircuts. Then she called the Walmart store manger AND the cops because she "feared for her life". Sorry if somebody is waiting for a service, and you're scared for your life maybe that profession isn't for you. If you don't want to do the job your suppose to do then don't waste time getting paid to be lazy. Took my 3 year old two times this year for a hair cut and both times he left crying, the stylists were not kid friendly. This afternoon the hair stylist didn't speak to my son, was huffing and visibly upset to be around a child. Setting things down and picking them up with extra force because she was mad. My son left saying she was scaring him in tears.

Worst haircut I've ever had today, my hair is easy, cut it myself during covid no problem. Since Rachel left you guys should just close the place. I'll never be back after today. She didn't even try, it looked terrible, like a lazy 3rd grader cut it. She just wanted to go back to the back room and hide so she didn't have to do more workService: Haircut
