Our septic backed-up around the end of July 2020, and we only have a single level house So it was backing up on our main floor. We called a different company who had come pumped our septic for our required pumping but they told us very rudely no when I asked and explained our situation, and that it was too late in the day and they were too busy for the rest of the week to come do it. We called others too and Valor is the only one we found who could do it that same day, thank goodness! They also let us know a business in the area that could fix our specific issue and worked on our systems, as we recently had bought the house and many companies we called said they didn’t... read full review

Excellent service, willing to do what it takes to make things work for the customer. I don't live at the location that they service for me but they are more than accommodating to make sure I'm satisfied!
