Our septic backed-up around the end of July 2020, and we only have a single level house So it was backing up on our main floor. We called a different company who had come pumped our septic for our required pumping but they told us very rudely no when I asked and explained our situation, and that it was too late in the day and they were too busy for the rest of the week to come do it. We called others too and Valor is the only one we found who could do it that same day, thank goodness! They also let us know a business in the area that could fix our specific issue and worked on our systems, as we recently had bought the house and many companies we called said they didn’t know or couldn’t look. Luckily they pointed us in the right direction and we were able to get someone out the next day to look at it. Turns out lightning had hit our control panel so it wasn’t doing what it was suppose to. Valor came and pumped us the additional times needed until all of it could be taken care of, many times within about 24hrs notice. They were all very helpful and had great customer service.I previously had tried contacting them about 1yr prior, left a voicemail and never got a response, which is why I had tried them last when this happened. I did learn they had some business changes since that time and they have been incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our needs since.

Was in town grouse hunting and the dogs found a porcupine. They stayed after hours to help get the quills out. Very empathetic with my situation and very helpful. They were upfront with everything that needed to be done and what to expect. They got us out qucker than expected, and the dogs were in the woods the next day. Very nice people working there. I appreciate their help.
