Had my roots lightened and colored today by Shay. She did an AMAZING job ?! She was able to exactly match the color I already had and you literally cannot see where the old and new colors meet.
She was pleasant and professional the entire time, explaining everything she was doing before she did it and giving me all available options.
The instructors are very involved but don't hover.
I immediately booked my touch up appointment for a few weeks from now with her to make sure she would be available.

I've been going to Sara Gorostieta for years to get my hair doneand she's always done a great job. Just recently she became a student at this school and her skills have increased exponentially I brought my daughter and husband here to get thier hair done and couldn't be happier with our results!
Loved mine and my daughter’s hair makeovers done by Shay! She was so patient, friendly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She took her time and did exactly what we asked for. I look forward to my next appointment!
