“Service has been great. Over the past 6 years we have struggled with IT providers - lack of knowledge, lack of responsiveness, and bad recommendations. We were to the point of considering bringing IT in house - we gave it one last shot at a company. And ToSolution has been amazing. Shawn has been great through the setup process and is great at keeping us accountable and following up when we don't respond to him - sometimes we need that. He keeps us informed and makes sure he has what he needs - he has taken true ownership over our account and its been great. Our staff finally enjoys having to deal with IT.
