“I recently hired Modern Exterior in Waukesha for a roof repair on my rental property. The overall experience was easy. They conducted a thorough inspection and pointed out a few areas that needed fixing, including some leaks and damaged shingles. The crew showed up on time and carried out the repairs efficiently. They managed to keep the work area relatively clean, which was appreciated. The quality of their work seems good so far, and the roof appears to be in better condition. One thing I found reassuring was the warranty that came with the repairs. Knowing that the work is backed by a warranty gives me some peace of mind, especially since this is a rental property. It’s nice to know that if any issues come up later, the company will address them under the warranty.
