I'm in the area as much as half time both for recreation and to care for my mother. Last year my furry little girl Roxie, started to break out again with her allergies. It had been a while but I knew that severe hives would be next and desperately looked for a vet in the area. We were most fortunate to find Dr Hines who saw her almost immediately. The hives began to appear while in the exam room and I knew she needed the usual steroids. But Dr Hines was the first vet we'd seen since 2010 who offered to treat the cause with a simple vaccination rather than just her symptoms! He's also gone on to prove his hunch that her weight wasn't simply from having over ate in years past but due to years of steroids as well as very low thyroid. He will stay our Vet so long as we keep dogs. He is well worth the drive and truly cares. Our naughty puppy is also in his care now.

Visiting the area and our dog was injured and needed stitches. Called after hours in a Saturday night and Dr Hines and his vet tech were able to meet us at the clinic and fix our pup back up. An outstanding experience in a stressful situation. Thanks for your responsiveness, compassion and great care.

I moved to Wisconsin recently and thought I would never find a vet practice as much as the one I left behind in Massachusetts. Well, that was before I met Dr. Steve and the wonderful staff here. He is so knowledgable, reassuring and kind. Did I say patient as well? I always leave there feeling confident about my visit and know that my dogs are getting the best possible care. I love this practice!
