Valley Veterinary Hospital is praised for its extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The team goes above and beyond to ensure clients' comfort and addresses all questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The facility is beautiful and everyone was great with the animals. Clients appreciate the transparency and choices provided, with staff members delivering top-notch care and personalized attention. The receptionists were so excited to see Sphinx babies and even took pictures of them. The staff has shown nothing but kindness and compassion, and they do everything possible to help or offer suggestions or alternatives. They fit clients in when they are busy and communicate well throughout appointments. They are honest financially and clients feel like they can trust their recommendations.
Oh my lord I’m ever so grateful for this office! My big ole dumb dumb had an accident in our backyard and I couldn’t get in touch with our regular vet. I called around and initially they told me they wouldn’t be able to treat her. Understandable considering we weren’t established there. Not even 10 minutes later they called me back and were able to squeeze us in. My girl received x- rays and pain management. The staff was so incredibly sweet and understanding. Mind you this was the day before 4th of July, trying to get in to be seen anywhere was a challenge on its own. They were extremely transparent with their pricing. There was no being taken advantage of due to an emergency. All around it was a wonderful experience due to the circumstances. Thank you for all that you did for Mila! 💜💜💜
Valley Vet is awesome! I feel like my concerns are always addressed both in person and over the phone. The staff shows so much compassion for both people and their pets, especially the techs and receptionists, who I've had so much (too much? 😂) interaction with over the years since I've moved to Oshkosh. I feel confident bringing my pets here and the staff has a very special place in my heart. Thank you for all that you do in such a challenging field. You are amazing. ❤️
