I am quite disappointed in their billing process. Two times now I have been in and scheduled for my annual wellness visit. Both times I have had an extra visit tacked onto my insurance for very innocuous reasons. The first was just because i mentioned I had been sleeping poorly lately, but was going to try a new bed. The second time was because my weight was recorded. This is pretty ridiculous and those charges are not cheap. After speaking to multiple staff members, it is clear that when I schedule my wellness visit, there is no way to keep it as solely that.

Had an appointment THEY set up for a colonoscopy. Never got a call that the Dr Terry took a vacation day that day. Took all the meds for the colonoscopy only to find out THEY canceled without letting me know. Then THEY tell me they had no record of my appointment which they gave me a printed copy of!!!!!!!
Zero follow up on anything this is the worst doctor and that saying a lot because they all are pretty bad. Remember when you used to be able to go to the doctor and actually get answers and treatment done???? Not anymore

Doctor isn't bad but they have absolutely NO IDEA how to send medications to a pharmacy. 4 months in a row now they have screwed up sending the wrong stuff or only one med. This causes my daughter to go without her meds that she needs as they only allow asking for refills right before she gets them. Be ready to have to babysit them.
