I took my nearly 6 year old to get her ears pierced. Paige was so great with her! She was very thorough with explaining what every tool is and letting her explore the tools before she sterilized them all. It was an amazing experience. We were given paperwork and explained detailed cleaning care for the piercings which I appreciated.

Took my 7yr old daughter there for her first ear piercing
Specialties: The ear specifics was drawn on the ear to see if we liked them. Once we were happy got 1 ear done and daughter started to softly cry "it hurt". The lady took her time and asked if she could give her a sucker.. and told her the second one was her choice also it was her body and her choice.
Cleanliness: Very clean disposal gloves and everything. Everything was one use and was opened if front of us.

Can’t say how wonderful these guys are! My daughter got her ears pieced today (she’s 11) and she said Al made her super comfortable and loved her “positive attitude” and made this piercing so special! I have nothing but good things to say about the entire crew
