Great service. However, we purchased an ac unit and less than 2 years later, ended up paying $1000.00 in repairs. Edit...customer service is still alive. This company did right by us and will continue to be who we go to for our heating and cooling needs.

We received very knowledgeable advising at the initial stage, fast and reasonable quote, immediate communication with any questions I had, and acurate rebate advising. The replacement and instalation process was amazing: timely, quiet, fast, super professional, organized and clean. The entire team did an amazing job.
