Impact is a highly professional environment that never fails to make people feel welcomed. Many knowledgeable coaches that are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you grasp the information that is being taught. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and learn some very useful new tools!

I’m new to jiu jitsu and very fortunate to have the opportunity to start my journey at this gym.Everyone made me feel comfortable from day one and helped overcome the awkwardness of starting something fresh.You can tell that everyone looks out for one another at this gym; we all truly want to build each other up.The instructors do a great job of teaching; it is incredibly easy to ask for guidance & feedback. On top of this, they are always seeking ways to improve, adapt and grow.Shout out to Chris for being a great mentor.OSS!
