Our home was built in the 1920's. We had no A/C and our furnace was 30 years old. This summer the heat has been intense and our window A/C unit just couldn't keep up; we were miserable and needed a solution. Condon Total Comfort gave us a range of options for our budget and installed quickly a brand new furnace, A/C and ductwork. We also upgraded and went with a Lennox Healthy Climate box filter for higher quality filtration, ecobee Wi-Fi smart thermostat and a Honeywell Humidifier. Our home feels brand new. Thank you CTC!

Great service as always. I knew it was going to be an after hours call on a Friday night but Deb (very friendly) assured me it wouldn’t be that bad. Mike came out ASAP and diagnosed the problem. I’m happy with the peace of mind now. It’s going to be in the 90’s for a few days. Tks CTC.

In March of 2020 our LPG furnace's life was slowly ending. We chose a different contractor to install a Geothermal furnace heating and cooling system. A week later installation we began having problems. By June that contractor left high and dry. Through the summer and fall we attempted to get our new heating system's problems resolved. In October of 2020 we called Condon Total Comfort. They immediately diagnosed the problem and worked with us to get our heating system working the way it was supposed to. We are so pleased their efforts. They were very professional and understanding even though they had to come in and clean up another contractor's mess. In our experience they were fair and trustworthy. In the end we are very pleased to reccomend them to anyone.
