Long time customer of over 8 years. The last 2 years it's been Terrible customer service with horrible attitudes towards their customers. Charge you every month, and you have to beg them to come 3 times a year and provide the service that you paid for. Not worth it in the slightest. Our business account is the next to cancel our service.
We had a commercial account with them for monthly visits. They haven’t been here in months (but it looks like they’re still billing us). They also sold us a bunch of unnecessary equipment. (Their own tech told me that we don’t need half the stuff their salesman sold us). Awful company.
Contacted company on 10/24/22. Got back to me right away and set up a time to come do an inspection on 11/3/22. The guy never showed up on set day/time. When messaged, the guy said that I didn't have an appointment and that I didn't pay ahead of time. I told him to refer to our previous conversation and asked where it said I needed to pay.
