The staff is so friendly and worked amazingly with my 5 year old daughter. They did everything possible to make her feel comfortable and answered any questions we had! I will always come back because of the amazing customer service!

Updated Review. I had been a regular patient but had some insurance plan changes. Dr. Trichel is an excellent clinician. There was some miscommunication over insurance coverage and I ended up having to pay for extra tests in addition to the regular fees. I was not happy. In retrospect, I should have doublechecked better.I will be seeing Dr Trichel again and hope post an updated excellent review.

First time here after trying others in Oshkosh area. Absolutely top-notch service and attention to detail, Dr. Amy was complete and really took the time to make sure all of my eye ware prescription needs were covered. Presented all of my insurance information ahead of time and everything was submitted and processed by the time I left. Nice selection of frames. My wife has been were several times and has had similar experiences.
