Front desk was so nice and welcoming, especially that 1 lady who almost screamed “HELLO” at me. It was so sweet, like she knew me from somewhere!! I was confused where I knew her from, but I don’t know her at all.
The Tech lady was a Type A personality. Not in a bad way though once you got to know her. I thought she hated me at first. And you don’t want that for your first eye appt, but she was actually quite nice and pleasant!!
The Dr Verhaeghe though, I don’t have many nice things to say. Maybe she knows what she is doing but her personality kinda sucks.

First of all, they were rude. We were standing at the counter, and they kept helping other patients who came after us. When we objected, we were snapped at and told that it was busy. When it was finally "our turn," when there was no one else waiting, she looked at us as if we were salesmen knocking at her house door. After my exam, when I was sitting with the lady who does the fitting, she wanted me to get new frames, despite me telling her that I liked the ones I had and they were less than a year old.
