“My stylist, Mya, did a fantastic job on my haircut. I get haircuts once per year whether I need one or not, and this was the first haircut that I tried a bit of a new style. Maya listened attentively and summarized everything I said back to me to make sure it was what I wanted. She frequently checked in with me and explained each step of the process which I always appreciate. And the pre haircut massage was excellent -- I was falling asleep towards the end.
