Shawna is the best groomer we have ever had for Frodo. He may initially resist leaving my side, yet she is able to easily make the transition with him. She listens to any new information provided and takes extra care when there is a concern. She always lets me know how he was during his grooming session. We followed her from a previous location and believe she is an asset for Country View Veterinary Service.

The appointment time was kept on schedule. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. The veterinarian explained everything he was doing during the appointment (which was helpful for my young son to hear since he's the one who cares for the guinea pigs). All our questions were answered. Thank you.

They take exceptional care for your pet nice facility glad to say they now have a full-time groomer on staff they did an exceptional job with Tucker's nails because he can be finicky at times I'm glad I gave them a try I will definitely go back again
