Pulled in for a delivery at 4pm for an 11am appointment the next day. When asked if he could get me in, it was an immediate yes. Assigned me a dock and I was in and out quick! Good staff here.
This is the 2nd M.G. facility I've been to and they are as professional as efficient here as the 1st, plenty of room to maneuver and back into doors, they took me in a full 11 hrs early and unloading was fast. They allow you to stage or overnight on property but there is a Kwick Trip with a cat scale 1 block from facility and other truck stops nearby. Friendly folks, clean restroom in office, trailer left clean after unloading tops off the great experience here. I will definitely come back here again.
Came 12 hours before my appointment so I would have a full clock to make it to the receiver Shipping customer service and courtesy was out of this world great, wish I could give 10 stars they were just amazing/overnight parking is available in front of shipper office on either side of the street just make sure you our out of the way, restroom inside driver check in very clean(CAT SCALE not even 30 seconds away at the KWIK TRIP right on the corner they also have parking but no 24hr parking)
