I hired Custom Craft Roofing to replace a well-aged roof that had cedar shakes and two layers of shingles. Custom Craft did a great job with the removal, clean-up, and installation of new decking, vents, flashings, and attractive shingles with an excellent warranty at a very fair price. Time was of the essence with this job, and Bruce, the estimator, kept the train on track despite challenges with the weather. I'm happy to endorse them for their excellent work and reliable communication. I'm sure I'll be calling them for roof replacements at my residential investment properties in the future. Bruce gave us our quote quickly. He made sure we got a time slot. Great communication and he was always resposive to our calls and texts. Jeff the site manager was great with communication and project progress. Rolando and crew did and outstanding job on fixing the damaged spot, and putting on the new roof. They were diligent about cleaning up and ensuring they did not damage any part of our yard and deck.
