Been going to WalMart Optical for 8 plus years. For myself(mom 47) and my daughter. Who has a serious eye disease. That requires special care and contacts. While we also see doctors at the local hospital. We go to WalMart for fast, easy, affordable glasses in between.Today we saw Dr. Ruprecht again (he prescribed my daughters first pair of glasses after being told at a hospital clinic they were not needed, they were incorrect) years ago.I could not be happier, more impressed or pleased with his care. I’m a traveler from Missouri here for a contract job and Marlene in the vision center was very helpful with getting me the right contacts after the vision center in Dexter MO gave me the wrong contacts. I’m so grateful to Marlene and Onalaska Walmart Vision center!!! 5 stars thanks to Marlene!!
Eye Dr. was sweet, professional, and hard working. Put up with my anxiety over having my eyes dilated and took time to explain my enlarged optic nerves and the possibility of getting a second opinion on if they may indicate glaucoma or not. Glad I went in and was treated with kindness and respect.
