Technician Tim came out for a routine check of our systems and ensured they were operating smoothing. He even took time to show me more maintenance techniques and offered suggestions on how to be more efficient!
Our heating cooling system has reached the point of inefficiency and reliability. (Tim) came to check it out and after finding a result we’ve come to a conclusion. Tim spent the time to explain the problems we are facing with our system and explained our options so we are able to make an informed decision. Although it will most likely be a substantial investment, we are looking forward to working with Schneider to resolve our problems. We will be reviewing again.
I just want to shout out a huge Thank You to all the staff. My AC went out over the weekend. There was a technician here by noon on Monday. After explaining the problems and the options, I got a new unit installed on Tuesday. I appreciate the quick efficient service. Thanks Again!?
