Super fast call back and short lead time for appointment. Arrived right on time and did an excellent job - very careful and meticulous. Also very accommodating when we requested two additional area rugs be added to the job in progress. Great value for the price; will definitely use again.

I was very impressed.I inquired about a quote, I received a response quickly, and we set up the appointment. Communication was great and very timely. My appointment was on time, and they were prepared. I left while my carpet was getting cleaned, I received a call when the carpet was finished and returned to an amazing site. I was sure this rental had never cleaned the carpet, and I was correct. I left thinking the rug was dark brown, I returned to a lighter brown carpet with a delightful scent. I am very impressed with our service from Good As New Carpet Cleaning! Zella, was very kind as I had kids home with me and she was informative of the procedure and where she was at in the process. The carpet looks great! She got the stains out and made it look seriously like we just moved in again. I will absolutely be calling next year when it's time to do this all over again!Services: General carpet cleaning
