Michelle listened well and let us take the lead, but helped us with ideas and suggestions as needed. Jim came out to see the project site and get measurements. Robin and his team brought their skill and professional experience to put all the pieces together. Our 2 bathrooms each have unique angles, so it took extra work to plan how the tiles would run, transitions and finishes - as well as moving a heat vent so the curb of the shower could be lowered.
