He scheduled a service call promptly despite me insisting that I could mange my situation for a little while. He traveled to my home almost 2 hours north of Omro. He replaced my archaic water pump, water softener, water heater, and pipes in a timely manner. The system works wonderfully now free of all issues. Shawn is the only plumber who will man up and actually work on my ancient house/plumbing. He is absolutely brazen, but always quickly responds to pleas for help. A refreshing change from the well-mannered corporate plumbing outfits who politely answer their phones and that’s where their talents end. Shawn really is a Master Plumber, having gutted and thoroughly renovated my bathroom and saving my cursed house from multiple watery disasters over the years.
