Wonderful communication from the get go. Great attention to detail, including recognizing that our screens had damage from hail (Tip Top got those covered). Clean job site. Workers never stop moving or smiling. Love the end result.
Tom the owner and Adam the project manager have been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry and always want to make sure you're happy. They were reasonable and willing to work with insurance. They took the time to explain the insurance information & promptly sent all information when needed. Both the owner and Adam the manager showed up on the job multiple times to discuss how it was moving along and answer any questions. They had their guys assist another contractor with an additional repair that was needed. The roof was completed in one day and they did clean up the following day. Tom is a very proficient and professionally skilled contractor. He does his very best to please his clients. He knows exactly what to do next for all of your wants and needs. They are very reliable and they did a fantastic job installing our roof. We couldn't be more pleased than we are. Our roof looks so beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments on our roof.
