Elite Hood Cleaning Wisconsin

I've been working with this group for several years now and have been happy with their work. Since every facility has its own idiosyncrasies, communication between Elite and the restaurant each visit, is key to consistent results.

The service we needed at first was just hood cleaning, the first crew that came did not complete the job. As soon as I spoke to Maureen and explained what occurred, they made sure everything was corrected. And I mean the service could have not been better. They replaced an engine for the fans, clean hoods, some wiring job and lid ordering. The Crew the Owner Dan brough was awesome. They got straight to work, cleaned up after themselves. Dan went above and beyond for us here at 5 Star Tainos

Had a fan shaft break on my hood fan a couple weeks ago.Out of desperation I tried giving them a call and explain my situation …Danny not only returned my call promptly, but was out later the same day to do an assessment. Upon inspection, the fan was terminal…Danny quoted me a new fan…expedited a quick turnaround and set up an install date. The surprise was the very next day. Danny showed up with a used loaner unit to get us through the weekend until the new one was available. He and his team went above and beyond…did a great job on the new install, and definitely earned my cleaning business as well. Job well done!!! Much appreciated!!Rich/Ricardo’s
