“I have been working out in a small group session with Tim twice a week for a year and a half. Tim’s workouts are challenging, but that’s because he knows how to encourage me to give my best effort. At the end of the workouts, I feel great and de-stressed after a busy day at work. I’m looking forward to continuing working out at 360 Fitness so that I can continue to pursue the lifestyle changes that I want for myself.“
