I couldn’t be more thankful to have found Proactive Pest Solutions. After discovering bugs in our family car, I was quite honestly terrified at the situation. Mike called me back very quickly, and he even answered my question on a weekend. He was super knowledgeable, professional, prompt, etc. It was extremely reassuring to have someone take care of the situation and also follow up afterward. Especially because of how bizarre our situation was, it truly was so nice to have someone care enough to follow up and make sure the situation was handled. If we have any other pest issues, we will absolutely call Mike again!
