I have known Kim for almost 25 years. She has groomed my one cat and three dogs. She is always professional and my Penelope absolutely loves her. I can honestly say she is the best at what she does. I highly recommend her.

Kim's the best groomer we've worked with and has a big heart. She gets to know the dogs she grooms. After getting burned at a couple of fly-by-night places, we went to Kim and never turned back. Both of our dogs (each with very different hair, one with more trimming and one with trickier combing) were made to look cleaner and better for most of their lives, and we're grateful for how much she puts into her work. Lake Country needs more people in the service industry like Kim: thoughtful, experienced, detail-oriented, unpretentious. She can be really busy sometimes, but it's worth getting your pooch in by her!

I was in last week to have my Australian Labradoode in for a haircut cut. The place is easy to find. However I found that there a few groomers on brown st.My groomers name was Stephanie and she was very nice and i was very happy with our groom. She explained brushing and gave us tips for at home. Our dog looks very nice. Im leaving 4 stars cause the other woman that was there grooming a dog uo front was very rude and unfriendly. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Also there was a gentleman sitting up front with holes in his shirt and didn’t smell very good. I don't know if he works there or customer waiting but it was very off putting.Over all i would recommended Pawsitivley...read full review
