Came in a few a weeks ago barely able to walk in in extreme leg and back pain. I am now in an amazingly lesser amount of pain and walking so much better! Every day progress is made. I highly recommend this gym! Kevin is phenomenal and know exactly what he’s doing. 10 stars!
I have been working with the owner for several years and cannot thank him enough for his contributions to my health. He has always demonstrated himself to be a skilled trainer; aware of individual needs and limits, fully versed in proper form and muscular activations for the many exercises prescribed, vigilant and motivating, etc. I enjoy being a member at his gym.
Me and a friend were on a roadtrip and needed a place to go to the gym, got a day pass and Parker’s place had everything we could possibly need to get a good workout. Kevin is a great guy and it’s obvious he cares a-lot about his clients and takes great care of the gym.
