We had a wonderful overall experience using JFK Design-Build for our remodel project. JFK Design-Build was referred to us by close friends who had their dream home built by them. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we contacted Jeff Burg of JFK Design-Build to work with us. Jeff took our existing design ideas and enhanced them so they became more practical and efficient in order to better fit our needs. He gave us excellent advice before the start of our project and during the entire remodel. I hired Jeff to do a remodel project on my house. I had never worked with a builder before so I wasn't exactly sure how the process worked. After working with Jeff I would not work with any other builder but him. I had a lot of questions throughout the project to which Jeff was always responsive. He outlined in detail the cost and kept me updated on where I stood with the estimate. I added some additional items to the project and at the end everything came in pretty much on budget, slightly under. The work performed by the contractors he hired far exceeded my expectations. We recently built a new home with Jeff Burg (JFK Design Build)I remembered a comment he had made a few years ago about a client frustrated with the length (time) of the building process, “they’ll be living in and enjoying their home for years, isn’t it worth the time to have it done right?” It is so worth it to have it done right – a couple months longer in the building process is nothing once you have moved in. The planning stage took a while and Jeff tirelessly researched things we requested information on that were not common knowledge to him.
