Master Bonesho is patient and encouraging. Lessons combine repetition of core skills but there is always something new or different each week to keep it fun and interesting. I think it’s great exercise and practice on focusing/ self control for kids or adults!

My son has been at JAB for over a year and it has been an unbelievably positive experience for him. We have been to several different taekwondo facilities over the years and this is by far the best. The instructors are skilled, patient, attentive and caring. If your child is like mine and has authority and discipline issues, they will deal with those. If you are looking for the standard "McDdojo" experience, this is probably not for you. This isn't the belt testing assembly line I am used to seeing. If you want a fun but disciplined environment and quality instruction for a fraction of the cost, give JAB a try.

Our son Has been training under Master Jim for a few years now and loves it! Master Jim is patient, very educational and great with students of all ages. I Highly recommend checking out this martial arts school!
