They said they were booked out months, but since I told them I was flexible on scheduling, they came one day while I was at work and took down my dying sugar maple. They just came back this week to grind out the stump (last week was when they cut it down). All in all, I got my estimate, scheduled, and received services all within 1 month. Happy with the result, although the situation itself was unfortunate. They made it easy for us and the price was fair compared to other quotes I received.“
