I made a call for an older unit that stopped functioning at 1PM on Monday and had a new unit installed and functioning by 1PM the next day. 24 hour turn around during a blizzard followed by a cold snap!
The installers were professional and efficient.

Matt did a an amazing job. He was prompt and efficient. Matt was able to diagnose the issue quickly and solve for it on the spot. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good order. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will be using them again for any future needs.

Technician Brad was prompt and identified the issue with ease. Was only here less than an hour. Fixed the issue and was efficient. After only using Stramowski twice in 3 years, I am already feeling comfortable and confident in them. I’ll be sure to call them first for any HVAC needs
