“This past Thursday I was unable to connect to the internet on my desktop computer. I called Alpha Geeks and spoke with Tom. He first tried to connect remotely. That didn’t work. I then brought my computer in. He checked it immediately and determined I needed a new hard drive. He installed a new hard drive with a 3 year warranty.
