Very good service. Timely appointments. Staff was very organized. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the Optometrist I met with was on the same level as me. Direct, to the point. Didn’t talk to me like I was a 3 year old.
The staff is always very friendly. They are always on time. I never have to wait at all. Doctor gives options for me to decide what is best for me. Staff behind the desk always knows what rebates are available and how to maximize my insurance coverage.
