I would like to thank Blackline Limousines, specifically their driver Kewanna L., for her amazing customer service. I am an executive assistant and booked a 2-hour ride for 13 executives on a golf trip, and they told me that Kewanna was AWESOME! She stayed in communication with me before and after the ride and even stopped to pick up a food order for the group ahead of time. She was very attentive and accommodating. Had an amazing experience with black line!! Our driver Jose was absolutely the MVP of our wedding. I (the bride) left my phone in the limo bus and Jose drove his personal vehicle back to the lot he parked the bus in, got my phone, and drove it all the way back to our venue in Waukesha (from Oak Creek) ON HIS OWN PERSONAL TIME. What an amazing human! We are forever grateful and will recommend blackline to everyone we know!
