I guess I'll start with saying I didn't feel listened to. Maybe I wasn't clear with what I wanted. But, in my defense, I am not a stylist. I haven't spent years on hair.

I had also ordered an eyebrow wax, but she heard me say it and then just buzzed it.

I feel like I could have gotten the same hair cut anywhere, equally bad. Perhaps I should know what an undercut or a fade or a blend. But I don't.
