This past Thursday I was unable to connect to the internet on my desktop computer. I called Alpha Geeks and spoke with Tom. He first tried to connect remotely. That didn’t work. I then brought my computer in. He checked it immediately and determined I needed a new hard drive. He installed a new hard drive with a 3 year warranty. Saved all my files and had it ready the next day. Back in service in less than 24 hours. Very impressed and strongly recommend

I have had computer problems taken care of by Alpha Geeks in the past but, this time it was serious. I needed a new drive and a new memory card. Everything was taken care of quickly and at the right price. I would highly recommend them to solve your computer problems.

I reached out to Tom with a few questions regarding the purchase of a computer and those few questions had expanded into a few additional questions. He always answered my questions with great detail. And also was helpful with additional tips in an effort to help me make my decision and that was what I was looking for. I felt he was very honest and had the best interest of the customer as a priority. When I made my final decision on a computer he was again helpful in getting my computer set up and explaining everything to me and a little more. I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone needing tech support or a purchase of a computer.
