Alliant Physical Therapy Group - Oak Creek

This company is openly committing insurance fraud!! They have received payment from my insurance company and payment from me as well. They should be refunding next but instead are committing insurance fraud and keeping BOTH payments. They refuse to give me my money back and will not contact me!! It doesn’t help I was in a car accident, and had to pay over $400 for a car accident that was not in my fault!! They won’t give me this money back and I am so sick of it. I have tried countless times and absolutely NOTHING! Do not EVER go here for physical therapy! I have told everyone I know never to go here and I hope everybody sees this.
