They sure did not need to attempt to fix the inefficient dinosaur that is my a/c unit, but knowing the forecast they did! Meanwhile, they patiently explained all my options for new. Pleasure to work with all of E.C. Merril; Brian he is a hard worker (outside when it's 90!), courteous, patient, cleans up after the work is done and makes sure I know what's going on.“

“I needed someone to replace a part under warranty on a 2 yo water heater and called several FDL businesses but 2 were too busy, 2 did not work on this brand and finally I tried Silica. Was I glad, they set up appt for the next day, was on time and had the part in under 1 hr for a reasonable rate. He did a professional job and cleaned up afterwards.
