They sure did not need to attempt to fix the inefficient dinosaur that is my a/c unit, but knowing the forecast they did! Meanwhile, they patiently explained all my options for new. Pleasure to work with all of E.C. Merril; Brian he is a hard worker (outside when it's 90!), courteous, patient, cleans up after the work is done and makes sure I know what's going on.“

“Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed.They came on time,(800 am)put protective plastic on floor(I have white carpet).My furnace is on the main floor in a very small room,so very cramped area to work in.They also had to go in a crawl space to run lines and finish hookups.They did a fantastic job,and had everything operating correctly by mid afternoon.I also have 2 other Bryant furnaces I purchased approx. 9 years for a rental unit.I have had not one problem with them.I would very highly recommend them to anyoneThanks again“

“I needed someone to replace a part under warranty on a 2 yo water heater and called several FDL businesses but 2 were too busy, 2 did not work on this brand and finally I tried Silica. Was I glad, they set up appt for the next day, was on time and had the part in under 1 hr for a reasonable rate. He did a professional job and cleaned up afterwards. “Honestly reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I will admit that they had a break down in communication which could be improved for the future. They did have to come out several times so if they got their diagnostic done in one visit and verify correct parts, I feel they wouldn't have had to come out as much and would have been fixed all in one visit. They did come out after hours to make sure the job got done though so they're willing to make sure it's completed. Seems like they just need to iron out some details yet.
