I switched to Niagara Animal Hospital from Iron Mountain Animal Hospital due to a gut feeling that both of my boys weren’t getting adequate care/check-ups. All of our previous appointments felt brief and rushed. At my first appointment with one of my cats, Dr. Zimmerman sat and spoke with me for about 15 minutes after giving a wellness exam. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to hear my concerns all the while holding/ petting my boy and making him feel more comfortable in a new environment. The whole staff team is excellent as well and treats your fur babies with lots of love. I couldn’t be happier to have this team care for my kitties.

Niagara was a life saver for us when our pup fell ill while we were visiting the UP. We called nearly every vet in the area, and not one would see us, as we were not current clients. We were about to drive 4 hours to an urgent care clinic, when Niagara agreed to see us that morning. Skye is feeling better, and we will be forever grateful.

I brought my dog in for an initial exam and shots. We saw Dr. Theresa Drake. The staff was exceptional, the place was clean. After we checked in, we were brought to the exam room in a timely fashion and seen by the Vet shortly after. Everything went smoothly, and my dog had a positive experience visiting there. He was hardly anxious from start to finish.
