I found this vet because I needed assistance on a Saturday morning for a paw injury. The person I spoke to was calm, informative, and offered great suggestions. I was able to book an appointment that Monday for an exam.
Upon arrival, the service only got better. Due to a tight entrance and many dogs, the staff was guiding and directing clients to avoid any negative interactions. Reception knew who I was before I could check in, and within a minute or two we were being taken to the exam room.
My Aussie has high reactivity and both the vet and tech took their time with her, allowing her to come to them. This only took a minute or two but it made all the difference....read full review
Every time we go to Countryside we are reminded why we pick this clinic as our go to vet. We have had nothing but excellent care and they have helped us in several emergency situations with our animals. If you live in the area, I would absolutely use Countryside. All of the staff are so kind and helpful and make you feel really comfortable. It is very clear they all care about your animals!
Have a skittish cat, Dr. Rachel was great with her. She was able to pick my cat up & carry her to another room for tests & my cat didn’t even squirm. Clean facility with friendly staff. Large waiting room so you can sit far away from large dogs.
