Matt went above & beyond helping us get our new flooring in. He helped us get fantastic price, met us at Menards in Appleton & transported our flooring back to Waupaca. He was able to get us scheduled in very quickly. He is great at communicating & is super friendly. We are very pleased with his work & highly recommend him. The staff was very helpful in picking out the right carpet for our stairs and upstairs hallway. They were not pushy, and understanding when we had to change to a lighter color. Matt showed up to take measurements and got us set up for installation right away when the carpet arrived. He did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up after.
