I dreaded the prospect of dealing with a contractor as I have had bad experiences in the past. Timothy was contacted through a mutual friend and he turned out to be a breath of fresh air for me. He was professional, courteous, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, honest with me. He kept his promises and over-delivered. We just had our roof replaced by Andra Contracting and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience. Timothy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It is rare these days, in my opinion, to get good old fashion service from a contractor and also to get the level of communication from them, that he provided through this process. First, the quote I got was more than economical, compared to other quotes I received. Secondly, Timothy was in constant communication with me throughout the process, which in today’s contractor environment, is a rarity.
