Great experience from the response to my initial call, to job completion. They got me on their schedule right away, and showed up on time for the job. Work was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again.

I highly recommend if you need a plumber you call Engen! Brandon came out the same day and fixed my toilet and assessed my water softener issue, also pointing out the age of my water heater, which I didn’t know was way past it’s expected survival date! My water softener was past its prime too so I can get both replaced and have peace of mind this winter! I appreciated the extra time to look at the ages of the appliances so I could make a decision based on that.
