“Wulf Brothers installed the HVAC in our Door County home when it was built in 2007. We have relied on Wulf for routine maintenance and service ever since. We have always been very satisfied with their work and the people who perform it, but a recent experience revealed just how good their service team is. On a recent Friday afternoon our furnace and humidifier were receiving routine annual maintenance. Inadvertently, the controller board for the furnace was damaged making the furnace inoperable. In order to get it back up and running, the service technician worked together to find a replacement board, drive about 90 miles round trip to obtain it, and install it by 9:30 that evening. That is exceptional service! I should also note that before the replacement board was found, the technician also found a way to bypass the problem and get the furnace running on a temporary basis, but once the replacement board was found both he and his manager decided to get it and do the permanent fix right away so that my wife and I could enjoy our weekend with total peace of mind. Impressive!“
