This is not treatment or medicine in any form. It is nonsense for suckered like organic foods, non-GMO rhetoric, and homeopathic or holistic healing. It's for the science illiterate who feel lost. Gain the science literacy to understand the illness and stop wasting your money on fool's errands. These people are not doctors.

Love what these doctors (Dr Aruna - psychiatrist & Dr Sunita - Ayurveda Vaidya) have been able to do for their clients! Its been just a few months for me working with them and the successes I have seen are absolutely amazing! We all need to take adavantage of having Ayurveda Doctors in our own backyard! #MKE

Prior to seeking treatment with Dr. Tummala and Dr. Sunita I felt like my experiences were always discounted. I was viewed as a classification in a generic, rigid medical manual. Medications were doled out with debilitating side-effects which were met with more medications to counterbalance them. I’m happy to say that I’ve not had to put myself through this in a long time. Now that I’ve begun treatment with both of these doctors I have faith in my body’s ability to heal and no longer need the frequent trips to various doctors. This has come at a tremendous point in my life as well, I’m able to raise my son with the knowledge gained from these amazing women. Where I was given unhealthy snacks at home and would have minor illnesses, I now know if my son is starting to get more mucous buildup we lay off of the kapha foods and possibly increase the pitta. When I’m getting a bit spacey, I make an impromptu batch of guacamole for the family to enjoy. These ladies are teaching me how to easily find balanced wellbeing. Most importantly, they meet you were you are in your journey. After all, we’re all truly unique in our experience of life. The doctors are respectful of this. I’ve never been treated with such regard. I leave appointments with my dignity intact, a sense of autonomy in having contributed my wellness treatment plan, and empowerment to continue my journey to enhanced wellbeing not subdued by medication. I haven’t felt this good in my entire life and it’s not an unfocused, exhilarating high like mania. But I truly feel good. I poop on a regular basis. For those of you who don’t get excited about this, imagine not pooping. It’s terribly uncomfortable. I look forward to the day that this is my new sense of normal. Yep, I poop at 5:35am every day; toxin expulsion time. My body and I are rediscovering how to work as a team. I still have my cravings, but I’m learning better options to quell them rather than continually upsetting homeostasis. Regaining a sense of wellness is not a walk in the park. Following the elimination diet after years of eating convenient food is a challenge. But it is worth the effort to gain knowledge of how to treat these vessels we’re carrying around for a finite amount of time. It’s too short to be held back by imbalance. Me, I’m setting my sights on pushing over 100 as I have a few decades to make up; all excused absences with bona fide doctor’s notes, but still missed.
