Provides everything you need to stay healthy both in body and mind. Could be a bit pricey but well worth it. Try the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber and the Sacrocranial massage. Great tools for wellness. Dr Tummala is GREAT!!

I loved everything about the massage! Sonya was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The massage oil smelled great and kept warm, which I really appreciated. The massage technique was different than your conventional deep tissue massage as it is focused on Ayurveda, but I enjoyed it and found it very relaxing. The spa also carries some goodies such as ghee and herbal teas if you would like to shop. Overall, I would highly recommend giving them a try!
